One has to agree that narrative is the golden thread that runs through all of cinema, err, I mean movie-making. 😊 But even narrative has undergone transformation, wouldn’t you agree? I think of Memento, where the story is told both forward and backward simultaneously. Or Pulp Fiction, which also spins its yarn in reverse. But as you have consistently reminded us, as long as there is a beginning, middle, and end, there is a story. Even if the beginning is the end and the end is the beginning.
