Can you talk about how a writer should go about finding the right tone for a story. I feel that a lot depends on the tone, that sometimes it appears even to be more important than the story.
This was a great post, as always. I'm certain most writers ask themselves these questions at some point in their lives. I had a question, I feel picking the right idea, or right concept is of high importance as to make sure you're going down a road worth going down -- committing an idea to a screenplay that is.
