Richard. The shipping cost from your publisher costs more than the book. I get free shipping with Amazon and ordered it Feb 17. It still has not shipped. No urgency but I am truly looking forward to reading your book. I do reviews for Amazon so I will talk it up... promise. Amazing that you worked for Jerry Lewis. I was a huge fan of his back in the 50's
Some of my friends usually say that the book is better than the movie, but I often enjoy both. Just watch the new Dune movie for an excellent example of how a movie can portray a book in an awesome way on the big screen.
